today was a really long day.
but was really fulfilling.
the start of 4 weeks of busy sundays. but it's all good :)
had church this morning. really good service abt the place where transformation of lives take place is within the life groups.
tt's really true. the support network a life group provides is just great!.
the emphasis for the season is currently on life groups anyway.
did lunch at richmond after with Rob&Cathy.
had vietnamese beef noodles and we then headed to their new place-to-be to take a look.
nice and cosy apartment with yarra river just below their block.
its a really nice place to start off for a young couple.
they are really funny n nice ppl. a really sweet n compatible couple :)
anyways,we then left the both of them to go on their lil date while we headed to Ikea to kill time before life keys at 5.30pm.
discussing abt the NDP celebration we're gonna host was really exciting. =)
just 2 weeks awayyy.
anyhows, life keys after was really good :))
disciple-making.the call of every christian.
home after. reached home and was pretty tired alr.
the feeling of being sick sucks. i hate it. =//
hope we all get better soon. the sick bug seems to be getting arnd.
'by your stripes, we are healed.' i claim tt.
alrights, another week of sch is abt to start tmr. till then!

hillsong conference 2007 was AWESOMEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
its seriously indescribable the 5 full days i was there at conference.
well worth the trip to sydney-which turned out to be not THAAAT interesting a place to live in.
the speakers conveyed God's message so wonderfully and no wonder they are so renowned and well-known thruout the world.
to add, the american speakers are just so eloquent. (and they are good looking too.. its in the genes) haha. angmohs look better as they age... =)
anyhows, i really enjoyed the five days!!. singing out hearts out, screaming our lungs out and just immersing in god's presence for full 5 days.
i really gain lots of revelations thru the sermons preached and its just been fantastic.
im def looking forward to hillsong '08.
bought quite a bit of resources there too. just loved the messages loads.
visted hillsong church at baulkham hills(main campus) on sunday too. thanks to sina. =)
Ps. joseph prince was on for that particular service.
he's just so good at bringing across the message of Grace.
proud of this fellow sporean at conference. :)

the love of christ, the saviour king :)

after conference, we didnt really do much sightseeing around sydney too.
the place was pretty boring.
we basically paid back on lost sleep, slept in till 11+, watched foxtel. heading out only late in the afternoon. :P
becuz first day upon touching down in sydney, Darrell and i had 12 hours to kill.
we basically covered all the tourist-y areas there were in the city. w all our baggage too.
seriously walking arnd the streets with ur luggage and all just made me feel wad it's like to be homeless. lol. =P
but anyways, we went to sydney opera house, darling harbour, saw the harbour bridge, walked arnd the major city spots.
all in one day.
those places are nice and all. but that's abt it.
living there is a no-no. the city's too busy and filthy for living.
the locals are just too rowdy too.
thruout the 10days. only the 5 days of conference, everything was peaceful.
other than that, we've just experienced sydney to its max.
got disturbed by the crazy locals, witnessed some heated arguments at Domino's pizza, evacuated outta the building cuz of a fire alarm that went off, saw ppl making a fool outta themselves on the streets.
that's about how much better sydney can get.
coming from melbourne, melbourne is wayyyy better.
im more appreciative of the better and cheaper transport system here and the safety basically.
'better-lit' streets and not so crazy locals too. =)
thank god i didnt choose sydney to study. i would have died of paranoia there.
haha. anyways. its been an experience nonetheless. =P
darrell and i were just counting down to the time we would be flying home to melb.
but anyway thank god for friends like charity delwyn and meeying who were there with us for a period of time or two. =P and Chengkang who so kindly took us in for the few days after conference. haha.

will post the pictures up soon.
