SONIC FESTIVAL 2005 has been totally a blast!!!!
really enjoyed all 3 days of the festival. =))
1st day-thursday-
hui and i managed to catch planetshakers interview.
the keyboardist rudy was really cutee. and talented!
love the drummist too.he is damn pro! =))
looked around the village before going to the give stage and enjoy the whole night of worshipping with planetshakers.
woOhoo. it was great!
initially thought of leaving earlier cuz of sch the next day.
but well. i didnt of cos.
thank god i didnt actually. it was so fun.
2nd day- friday.
only went at night. had school.
went studying with kenneth and shaun at hf while waiting for hui.
we then left for SF at round 6+.
caught sonic flood at the village.
met up with fel and mark for awhile. hee.
got sonic flood cd as well. autographed.=)
had loads of fun at the give stage yet again tt night with sonic flood.
the atmosphere's just so cool...
sonic flood sounded different from planetshakers. it had a more matured feel.
nonetheless, both bands were goood!
last and final day of SF'05 - saturday.
morning went to register driving.
yay. i cant wait to pass and drive.haha.
had lunch at west mall with leo and kad.
later on. was studying at queenstown library.
headed down to fort canning at round 4+.
the bands were playing but evrywhere's so wet.
got a nice tee from the village. love it! =p
we then decided to sit by the stairs and just listen to the music while waiting for shaun to come.
later on had dinner at park mall before going back to the site.
sonic edge band was not bad!! haha. my very own church band!
den we saw the fireworksss!!!. damn nice view. just tt the lower ones were blocked by the trees.
but it was all soo nicee.
had great fun bitching with fel and hui bout the hot guys there. lol.
sonic flood led worship yet again for the night.
sooo awesome!
i cant wait for next yr's sonic fest!!!!
evrything ended round 10+.
went over to ps to meet the guys at the arcade for awhile.
left for home soon after.
enjoyed the past 3 days realllllyyy muchh..=D
for now. its back to boring ol' studying..:(

learning festival 2005 has officially came to an end today.

it was quite fun i must say.manage to LEARN things.
the 2 day festival comprised of 4 courses i had to attend.
ytd,started with some performance by linus and friends.
some band playing and a girl singing the songs. great voice she had!
went for some impress at first sight course by mrs suzenne zheng aft tt.
not bad. got some useful pointers to do well at job interviews and leaving first impressions and stuff like that from her talk.
we muz have poise and ettiquette to IMPRESS.=D haa.
so den it was on to learning salsa.
man. it was fun!
the steps were kinda easy to follow and it was interesting.
its one dance i wanna learn.hehe.
evrything ended at one ytd.
went holland v to study.
not very productive though.
felt rather tired and not absorbent of info.
todayy. morning assembly watched the ymca dance lindy hop again.
had powerpoint thingie at 0930. explored animation stuff on it.
quite fun and it was super hilarious with yuan shen around. one big joker he is.=p
so anyways. the last course i attended was earrings making.
fun fun!.
shan was facilitator. got her to get more sticks and hooks and beads for me and nat.
haha. cool. at least they were more generous than ytd's one which ling attended.
nice earrings we made. yay. self-made.!

met ling earlier to get some stuff in town and flowers for nat.
the guys came to meet us later on.
we had quick dinner fix at taka.
den off to kallang we went.
oh man. the bus ride was horrendous.
shaun actually said it was gonna be only a 10-15 mins ride there.
obviously he didnt consider tt many roads were blocked due to Ndp rehearsal ytd.
so we spent like 1/2 hr to 45 mins on the bus.
was so afraid that we would be late.
but anywayz. there were many ppl going for the performance too.
we reached at 720.
got seats at the upper level.
met shan and veron there.
sa dancers rock.!
the songs and dance moves went in tandem really well.
liked the beaute besttt!
refined and elegant!
woOhoo. talking bout all the nice dances. make me feel like dancing.=p
i really wished i took ballet before.haa.
anyhows. the breakdancing item by guest group floor techniques gave tt needed adrenaline-rush in the midst of the performances for the night.
end of performance. went backstage to present preddie nat with her well-deserved bouquet of flowers with her fav sunflowerr!

overall. i felt rapture this year was much better than last year though last yr's was nice too.
now, im soo looking forward to next year's rapture at the ESPLANADEE!
we then went off for supper at old airport road hawker centre.
went home just in time not to miss the last bus.
enjoyed myself much.yay! =D
today service was great yet again.
sermon given by pastor glenn bout changes and transformation.
connected to it in reality.
i also managed to get tix for fel too. to sonic fest next week! =)

ppl came clad in ethnic costumes.
not many though. mostly the scholars.
enthusiastic u see.=p
guessed it was just another normal sch day for the rest of us.
haa. actually. i didnt even remember today was supposed to be celebration for racial harmony.
but anyhows. assembly was spend drawing some dumb poster.
then there were stalls set up by the different stalls selling food.
chinese, india, malay and western..=)
the rest of the day was kinda normal.
just got back. im feeling sleepyy.

we were feeling super cold in the bus.
at ps. went shopping with nat and ling while the guys went to eat.
i stick to my one conclusion.
pS was rather boring. walked around a few shops and it got so boring in the end we went off to the this fashion nearby to look see abit.
but i didnt feel like spending even with the sales still on.
haa.shopping depends on my mood yea. =p
hrm. but there were some nice stuff at fox though.
so walked around den went to find the guys at the food court.
saw mark zee and leandra there too.
stars spotting today huh. =p
we chatted and chilled till 3+.
nat had to go back to sch for dance practice.
im so looking forward to rapture this weekend.! woohoo. =)

ytd was great.
met up with fel and hui at macs.
long since we 3 met up for a chat and the usual gossip stuff.
and like fel blogged.
macs was filled with childish inconsiderate sec sch teens.
blahz. dont tell me we were liddat too a few years back.
but i guess not to their extent though.
i nv remembered pouring a cup of ice into my friend's pants providing a freeze treatment for his/her butt.
i nv remembered being so irritating by shooting pearls at ppl when the bubble tea craze was so prevalent then.
we were more civilised.tt's for sure.
at least i feel for the latter, u could always come over with a word of apology and not just giggle among urselves and start pushing the blame.
argh. i shall not continue abt tt alr.
in all. it was a great catch-up session still.maybe we shall make holland v our next hangout place.=))

kaeyz. last night was interesting for me.
haa. cuz my family was gonna take part in the 160th anni of ST mazda 6 carhunt today.
so went to rackey some places to find out where the event was gonna be held.
went to check out west coast park first.
there were illegal street racing cars there.
damn cool actually. seeing them speed down the road in a convoy.
too bad didnt get to see them race there though.
next place to check was marina south.
turned out to be quite likely.
but my aunt called just at tt point in time to tell us the place was confirmed to be ecp.
so wellz. guessed as much at first but debated on the idea tt it was gonna be too crowded with sch of rock being held there too.
we got home round 2+.
anywayz. today was the more hilarious part.
woke up at 6+ to piece the puzzle with the letters we collected.
found out one letter was missing.
went over to grandma's in panic and with hope in finding the letter. but to no avail.
so called up my ever-so-nice neighbour and checked out her newspapers.
man. it made us feel kind of bad doing it. cuz it was a rainy morning.
perfect time to sleep in.
so anywayz. we checked thru and realised we actually had the letter. it was on the flipside of one.
and so we completed another entry form with hers.=)
we had 2 entry forms to bring there.
the traffic jam was a killa. till dad gotta drop us off at the shoulder at the expressway.
freakiing crowded.
i saw joanne there too.
the draw was held and some young woman got the prize.=p
went off after that. the crowd was equally horrendous.
i guess the sch of rock participants muz have hated the ST like hell.
no one was tt interested with their performance and more interested of the draw.
macs was packed to the max. i pity the workers there man.=/
the sudden influx of ppl wasnt something they could cope.
burgers wouldnt be cooked tt thorough too.mass production!
so anyhows. tt's all for the excitement of winning a mazda 6.

yesterday went to celebrate daddy's bdae at chef chan's restaurant.
went there to try out the dinner spread which apparently is so good as recommended by ppl.
tot it was kinda pricey though.
but well. my parents liked it.
the restaurant had a preddie chee-na deco too.
school was preddie ok yesterday.
today was fine too.
i just got back from studying at holland V with leo.
great.managed to do quite a bit of work. im more motivated.
prelims are really just round the corner.
in 5 weekss.
dat's sad and scareee. cuz i only have 35 days to study.
tt's too shorrttt.
blahz. i shall reeeaalllyy cut down the hours i spend online and spend them on my studies.
revision progressing rather fine now.
hope i can improve my efficiency and cover more per day though.
just having gotten back the rest of my results for BT2.
im starting to freak out and fear for the worst.=/
i have no single A pass laa.
FOOC (luckily not D) for my bt2.
wad kind of grades are those when im already into the third quarter of the final year.

just got back from queensway sc.
went to meet up with hui to get her bro's stuff.
had lunch with her at mac before she went off to give tuition.=)
yesterday.
SA's college day.
i had some MOE NE quiz thingie in the morning.
later on. merjahn,jiehao, waihong, ling, shan and me went to je.
cuz there was like a 3 hr break before we had lectures to attend.
and waihong needs to go buy books at popular.
lol. tt's how 'studious' some of my classmates are.
so anyways. we went tgt.
the bus ride was funny.
chatting somehow makes long journeys short.=)
so well. popular we went.
but didnt get anything in the end i also dunno y.
hahaha.
we then had our lunch at kfc before heading back to sch.
had lectures and all before we have to get seated in the hall at 5.
shaun just came for lects and left.
nat didnt come. so was left with like the 6 of us of the clique.
thought the ceremony was gonna be boring.
but in fact it was quite ok.
were joking and chatting all the while while we were on the upper floor;the gallery.
haa. top view is so cool.
we were like commenting on the prize winners.
as usual the guys were saying how preddie some of the girls were.
haa. guys are guys yeaz.
the band's performance was not bad .
and at the ending segment.shan took a video of a dramatic guy on stage singing the sch song.
damn hilarious.
he was singing as if in a musical.
evrything ended round 7+.
luckily college day didnt end up as boring as i thought.=D
now we are so motivated.
we were like talking bout how we would be the ones taking the prizes up there next yr.
hahhaha. i can dream on man.!

i shall work hard from now on. no pain no gain. tt's wad ive been telling myself.
4 more months. short and draining.

i got back phy results. suck. expected.
a big O for it againn.

ive still got chem and maths to get back. no hope there too.
gP's confirmed a fail. mrs lee told us none of us passed paper 2 so far.
bleaghz. its JUST ANOTHER block test anyway.
dont let it get us down.
4 more months after struggling thus far. evrything will finally be over.

in fact there are 103 courses to choose from.
some of them were really interesting. but we could only choose 1 from each category.=/
well. its learning fest for 2 days. yay. no sch.!
oh yea. and mrs chia brought the girl from project superstart lai lijun back to sch.
as usual some star from SA again. and this time guys muz be ogling at her. u should noe y.
haha. to me quuiitee preddie only la. but she's damn tanned. and she's got smth abt her hair.hee.
hrmz. and mr lam was super nice during pe today. not his usual self.
well. was the only girl taking pe at first. and i asked him if i can just skip it altgt since the guys were playing floorball.
he actually asked me to go run. but i just didnt want to.
and since all of us passed napfa with silver alr. he couldnt really do anything and just ask me to chat with nat..ha =D
so me nat and ling decided to slack in the cafe.
and he actually even called us to say bye la. right across from the track.
