i had lunch with tabi in clementi.
both of us then intended to go window shopping at IMM.
window shopping failed.
we ended up buying quite a bit of stuff while walking around. =P
chilled out at some hk tea cafe.
before i left to meet the clique in town while she went to meet her friends too. 
dinner-ed at sakura orchard with the clique(minus shan, nat and lawrence) :)
the night was good.
i will miss them loads when im back in melb.
wont be seeing them till at least next june. =/
anyways. i had a good nightout with them.
enjoyed myself alot.

im looking forward to the meetup tmr. =D

annual christmas dinner at my aunt's place.
its the same yearly affair. just at a different venue this year since they shifted :)
felt the same warm fuzzy family feeling with them.
played snap, bingo, bridge and mahjong with the cousins.
was fun.i learnt how to play bridge awhile ago but kinda forgot.
it was good to recap. =))
stayed around till 3am in the morning before exchanging presents and left for home.
24th Dec - Christmas Eve
met the guys up in town for lunch.
was great meeting lawrence. havent seen him in quite a while.
the army's robbed him of time to meet up. =//
anyways. im happy for him =DD
so anyways after lunch we headed to shaun's place.
hung around. played the xbox.
his other friends were there too. and it was his mum's birthday.
so we kinda entertained ourselves and had dinner while waiting for ling to come.
i totally miss school life in SA with them !!
ling came after her work. we caught up and had gift exchange :)
im looking fwd to meeting them on fridayyyy xD
left shaun's at 9+ and cabbed to my uncle's for christmas family gathering.
met relatives ive not met in a long while. :)
played mahjong with bro uncle and aunt.
it was seriously overnight mahjong. played till 7 in the morning.
was dead tired upon reaching home.
6 hours sleep in 2 nights. -_-
not something i can last upon. =/

having only slept abt 5 hours.
i got woken up by mum to accompany her to church with my grandparents.
it was christmas mandarin service by Billy Wang aka Dongfang Billy.
the turnout was great. whole congregation was full.
it was heartwarming to see all the aunties and uncles worshipping god in individual ways.
some of them even from other religions but came to support Billy Wang.
i was seriously among the youngest in the crowd. =p
anyways. he's an amazing speaker. !
i was amazed at how he manage to captivate his audience throughout the 2.5 hr session.
though the whole service was in mandarin, he managed to keep me catching his every word throughout the service.
amazing child of god =D
im happy grandma made that decision to have christ as her lord and saviour too.!
its the best decision she would ever make !!!! xD

caught up on sleep.
had lunch at parkway parade with the family.
went post xmas shopping.
almost bought the whole of U2 home. ok im joking.
had dinner at crystal jade.
collected charity's dress from her cousin.
and now its mahjong session at home again. :)

happy feet movie at MSQ.
dinner at island cafe.
after dinner chat at marriot hotel.

just got back from night out with my favourite girls. =D
i spent the whole day in town.
i hate the crowds man. everyone's rushing for last minute shopping.
had lunch with mum and her friend.
went looking for christmas presents but didnt manage to really get any.
met the girls later on for dinner at sakura.
had a damnnnn full dinner.
this was how much we ate. 
went shopping for each other's presents aft dinner.
this yr's gift exchange is super impromptu.
no wrapping nothing. we simply bought presents on the spot and exchanged. LOL
i love the shoes, girls!!!

shops started to close so we went to indochine for drinks.
had baileys' shake. it was freaking diluted.=/
they had a great band playing tonight.
it was a great chillout night.!
i simply miss it girls.! when it used to be so often when i was still in spore. =/
left town for home at bout 1.

the flight back was turbulent but was not too bad.

went out with the cousins today.
caught 'the holiday' starring cameron diaz, kate winslet, jack black and the 'insanely good-looking' jude law. :)
the movie was good.! got me in the perfect holiday mood.
it was similar to love actually in its love theme.
i enjoyed it nonetheless.

updating on the great ocean road trip last weekend.
it was GREATTT!
i had a lot of fun spending it with the group =))
we've finally experienced the real essence of studying in melbourne.
rented a red car from metrocar with loads of advertisement decals.
we were doing free advertising.
set off from the city with des driving his own volkswagen and D the metrocar.
got directed by 'june', des' trusty GPRS.
stopped for a lil break at torquay, major surf paradise.
home to factory outlets of surf brands like quiksilver, ripcurl, roxy, billabong.
then on we went driving the long way again till we reached small lil town colac.
settled from some drinks at a coffee house in tt deserted town.
and then i was all the way to the twelve apostles.
scenery was breath-taking.
although it looked all the same as the last time i visited it, it was all good.~
i just love the sea.!
had sandwiches prepared by shar. thanks girl!
left the place before we headed to erskin waterfalls.
stopped over at a town in port campbell too.
had chips and relived our childhood at the playground there.
then on to erskine waterfalls.
the place where i saw the most stars in my life the previous time i was there at night.
went 'rock hiking'. fun ;)
and then it was home sweet home.
all of us tired but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
thanks des and D for being the drivers of the day!. it really was super tiring for u guys.
next trip on the itinerary: philip island =)
sunday's caroling service at church was good too.
visited planet shakers city church in the evening.
their service was great.~
probably will attend their conference during the 1st week of jan.

writing the essay was really a mental workout.
using all the different laws and their applications.

oh wells.. business law assignments have came to an end after today.
now i just gotta tackle the exam.

here's a way overdue post on KLC's volunteer appreciation night which took place last saturday.
the event was a greatt success.
the once plain cosy looking O'driscoll hall where we had our church service now and then has been transformed into a posh elegant looking function hall.
it really looked grand and nice.
was welcomed by suave MJ in his suit. =)
then down the red carpet cheered on by the leadership team.
everyone was already there and all by the time we reached.
all looking good in dresses and suits. formal and all.
it felt like a cocktail party to me.
but all was good. finger food and drinks and great fellowship through the night. :)
the jazz singer and her band provided good music.
it was kinda just chilling out and catching up with one another.
and of course there was the different awards too.
congrats to D and chad.! and of course to the rest too. =D
music, food, dance and great company = perfect saturday night !

the week's been busy. started on law assignments.
its just driving us all crazyy.
been kinda reading each other's essays and stuff.
making changes here and there.
man. its pretty confusing with the different laws and their application.
thank god for seeing me through the first one though.!
thanks to HIM for giving me the grades ive gotten =)
i have 5 assignments to be due in the coming week.
have to rush them all out before i go home on the 19th.

its located 1.5 hrs from school.
in dandenong suburb. pretty far away.
but anyway. all was good other than for an inquisitive taxi driver and a talk-big-do-nothing 'friend'. =P
