the past week has been greatt =)

friday was 'red giselle' with fel.
it was huge mad rush.
i was caught in some stupid traffic jam all the way to raffles place.
it actually took me a freaking half an hr to just get to hf from my place when i usually takes only 10 mins.
met up fel. got take aways from O'briens and walked/ran all the way to esplanade.
gobbled down our sandwiches in less than 5 mins and made it in time.
the storyline of the ballet performance was not too bad but it was kinda more of a mixture of acrobatic styles and ballet stuff as compared to swan lake.
i prefered 'swan lake' much better though.
the storyline of red giselle is pretty interesting though.
so anyhows, the whole performance lasted abt 2 hrs.
met leo later on and we were supposed to go for the dxo party.
it was supposedly some underage party and the crowd was sucha huge turnoff.
all the lians and bengs that are so freaking deprived of alcohol making that long q.
we decided to head to bukit timah for prata instead.
it was a much better choice.
cabbed home and zonked out.

saturday.
visited grandpa at the rehab centre again.
hung around there till it was time for me to go down to marina sq and meet the peeps.
its been a long while since i saw them.
met shaun merjahn and kenneth first.
ling came soon after.
we had dinner at kenny rogers.
was good fun.
i really miss school life with them man.!
shan came aft that and kenneth left to meet his friends.
but it was really good catching up with all of them.
too bad lawrence natalyn and rudy couldnt make it.
i cant wait for christmas party at shaun's! =DD
so anyways, we then headed to vivocity to catch a midnight movie.
the ones we wanted to watch were all sold out.
caught hustle and flow in the end.
the movie was a lil draggy.
ppl left in between and many were alr half aslp during the movie.
but i found the storyline not badd.
its some movie about the blacks pimping and stuff.
oh wells. all of us then cabbed home after that.
was alr 3+ by the time i got home and church was at 10. =/

sunday. got up in time for church.
aft church it was spent at the centre again.
dinner-ed at grandma's. been long since i went to visit.
hung arnd and played with the cousins then home sweet home.

random.
been feeling nostalgic recently.
no idea y too.
but i just really miss the times spent in secondary sch and just the school life of jc.
damn. time has passed so quickly since secondary school ended.
its just good and bad.
i cant imagine im actually alr taking my degree now and very soon im gonna be stuck in the outrageous working world.
man. i really just wanna wind back the clock where it was just pure ol' fun and enjoyment of simple life with my friends.
its been a constant hope of mine that the friendships wouldnt change and we would be friends like that for life.
but nahz. its just too unrealistic.
things will definitely change and i cant help but just go along with the flow.
im just really praying and trusting that friendships made and kept till now will be kept forever. =)
life's great now but the past is still worth reminiscing about.
to all my friends out there: THANKS for being my friend and let's keep it going alrights.! =)
friendships need maintenance and im sure it will go a long long way too.
