update: fri 17/2
ran last minute errands with aunt and bro to prepare for her beijing trip.
settled transfer of name for bro's phone, suspending her phone line for a year, bank matters and whatnots.
went from town to raffles place.
lucky we managed to get everything done and settled.
dinner-ed at grandma's as usual.

update: sat 18/2
headed to the airport early in the morning.
aunt's friends were there alr.
i hate long departures at the airport.
it was a teary affair for me this time round.
gonna miss my dear aunt while she will be away for a year.
studying in faraway land beijing. ok. its not exactly tt far away.
but well. i hope to visit her sometime during the year.
anyway. ive a long holiday ahead.
glad she's settled down and all.
man. she actually saw SHE while in transit at hk.
she's being seeing stars on her trips. the previous being ambrose xu in bangkok.
so anywayz. after the airport.
i got home for lunch then headed over to jp to meet hui.
got some stuff and chatted over drinks. =)
saw mer's bro, reuben and his gf there too.
left for hui's place aft tt.
hung around for awhile before dinner then it was to the chingay parade.
it was fun fun fun!
i actually tot it would turn out rather boring. but i was wrong!
other than the stupid ppl who keep shoving and pushing trying to get past the barrier. it was still ok.
the floats were all very nice and the performances entertaining.!
i enjoyed myself much.
happy.
stayed to the end of it all.
in fact it was the finale was the best.
haha. lol. 'clubbing on a t-junction'
ok. not to tt extent.
but the music was blasting. ppl were all around grooving to the music. =)
of course we were damn careful of the 'black eyed peas' around us.
they were as if preying on ppl. scary.
police were there though so tt kept them a lil at bay
haha. when we felt unsafe we went near the policemen. =)
overall. everything was great!
got on the last bus home.
